This policy explains how M/S Namshi Enterprises, operating BargainFox (“BargainFox,” “we,” or “us”), handles information when you use the BargainFox website, apps, or WhatsApp-based services.

Information we handle

Depending on how you use BargainFox, we may handle:

• Account and service identifiers needed to authenticate you and maintain your BargainFox account.
• Job details you provide, including the requested service, location, timing, requirements, currency, and maximum price.
• Messages, quotes, questions, approvals, deal status, and other information created during vendor discovery and negotiation.
• WhatsApp identifiers and message records needed to connect your account, communicate with vendors, send deal updates, process opt-outs, and handle deletion requests.
• Technical and security data such as IP address, device and browser details, timestamps, diagnostic records, and request logs.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service: understand your request, find suitable local providers, conduct negotiations you authorize, compare offers, ask you for missing decisions, confirm an approved provider, send updates, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations.

Budget privacy and WhatsApp

Your maximum price is used to control the negotiation but is not intentionally shared with vendors. BargainFox blocks outgoing vendor messages that expose budget language or exceed your ceiling. When WhatsApp access is connected, BargainFox reads and writes the vendor conversations needed for active deals. It is not designed to read unrelated personal chats.

When information is shared

We share only what is reasonably needed to provide the requested service:

• Independent vendors: job requirements, approximate service location when needed, timing, and messages required to obtain and negotiate an offer. Your maximum budget is excluded.
• WhatsApp and Meta: messages and identifiers required to deliver WhatsApp communications, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
• Search and mapping providers: job category and location information needed to discover relevant local businesses.
• AI, computer, hosting, and infrastructure providers: content and technical data needed to interpret requests, run authorized work, store service data, and protect the platform.
• Legal and safety disclosures: information required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, vendors, the public, or the service.

We do not sell personal information and do not use BargainFox job or conversation content for third-party advertising.

Independent providers

Vendors and external services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. BargainFox does not control how an independent vendor handles information after receiving a job inquiry or an approved booking. Share only the details needed for the work.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, deal, conversation, and technical information while needed to provide the service, secure it, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may use the available account controls or WhatsApp account-deletion flow to request deletion. Some limited records may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to establish or defend legal claims. Information already received by an independent vendor or third-party provider is subject to that party’s retention practices.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet or AI service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account and linked WhatsApp access protected and report unexpected activity through the service controls.

International processing

Providers used for messaging, AI processing, search, hosting, or infrastructure may process information in countries other than yours. Their locations and safeguards depend on the services configured for BargainFox.

Your choices and rights

You can choose what job information to provide, decline an offer, cancel an active deal, disconnect supported integrations, opt out of WhatsApp messages, or request account deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your information. Use the privacy or account controls available in the BargainFox service to make a request.

Children

BargainFox is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly provide the service to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through the service when reasonably required.
